To provide participants with the latest scientific information on indications, techniques and complications related to different surgical approaches to craniovertebral junction and cervical spine.
With only two surgeons per station, hands-on cadaver sessions will focus on the intricate anatomy of cervical pedicles, uncinate process, nerve roots, vertebral artery, foramina and their relationships.
Participants will have the opportunity to perform anterior and posterior approaches, to learn microsurgical tips and tricks and techniques for devices implantantion.
The latest technology including microscopes, high-speed drills and neuronavigation for CT-scanned specimens will be available.
