The official language of the meeting is English without simultaneous translation.

CALL FOR ABSTRACT OF A CLINICAL CASE
The Organizing Committee invites You to partecipate actively at the 4th Bologna-Budapest Meeting. You are kidly invited to submit your abstract of a clinical case in English for cases discussion sessions using the online form on www.mymeetingsrl.com
The receipt of abstract will be acknowledged automatically by e-mail to the presenting author upon the on-line submission.
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be notified not later than July 31st, 2015.

Deadline for abstract postponed: October 1st, 2015
Abstract submitted after the deadline might be not accepted.

All participants must register for the Meeting in order to be accepted as speakers presenters, unless invited.

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
PC Projection (only PPT file on CD or on a memory stick, USB port or DVD) will be provided. Speakers are kindly requested to contact the Slide Center at least one hour before the presentation in order to test all the audiovisual material. The presentation will be forwarded through Local Area Network (LAN) directly to the Podium.
The use of personal laptop (MAC/PC) is allowed directly in the meeting hall, remind the adaptor for VGA cable; the speaker must check it with the technician.
Each Speaker shall collect their technical material at the end of the session or at the latest at the end of the day.
The Organizing Secretariat accepts no responsibility for any lost audiovisual material that was not collected or left unattended.
Remembers adhere strictly to the time allotted for each intervention.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
At the end of the Meeting an attendance certificate will be given to all registered participants.

CME Accreditation (only for Italian Participants)
CME Accreditation will be requested in relation with the Italian Continuing Medical Educational program for Surgery disciplines:
• Orthopaedic and Traumatology
• Neurosurgery
• Oncology
• Radiotherapy

L’accreditamento sarà effettuato per l’intero evento in un’unica soluzione.

I crediti formativi saranno certificati dal Provider My Meeting N. 1396 secondo le Normative della CNFC pubblicate sul sito www.agenas.it

L’attestato conferente i crediti formativi assegnati all’evento, sarà inviato all’indirizzo privato con posta PEC soltanto ai partecipanti che avranno frequentato l’intero percorso formativo (100% del monte ore) e riconsegnato le schede di valutazione e il test di apprendimento debitamente compilati con il raggiungimento del 75% delle risposte esatte.
