On the occasion of the meeting have been provided incentive rates for participants at some selected hotels. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
To make reservation, please contact the hotels directly and refer to the agreement with Organizing Secretariat My Meeting for "XVI National Congress SIB”.

My Meeting will not make hotel reservations. All reservations, cancellations and changes should be made directly through the selected hotel.

Hotel bookings will be confirmed on a “first come – first served” basis. In order to avoid any disappointment, early bookings are recommended (phone reservation are not accepted).
