Sourcing of the most suitable sponsor for the event, obtaining all necessary official permits, provision of innovative customised sponsor packages. Design, development and sale of exhibitions, site preparation support, coordination of site set-up.

Public Relations and Communications
Defining global communications strategies; handling contacts with public authorities and bodies, speakers, participants, sponsors, suppliers and the media.

Scientific Programme
Support for Scientific Committee, collection and publication of abstracts and/or proceedings, defining scientific programme, correspondence with speakers and public authorities.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Accreditation
My Meeting is a CME-event organiser registered with the Italian Ministry of Health.
We handle all accreditation procedural requirements as an official provider or on behalf of the meeting's Scientific Committee.

Social Programme
Design and implementation of social and entertainment programmes, cultural events, and guided tours to complement a successful meeting and promote the natural beauty and artistic heritage of the event location.

Registrations and Hotel Bookings
Pre-congress secretariat handling participant registration and hotel bookings, assistance during the event, on-site welcome and registration of participants.

Booking and ticketing with the support of our partner Travel Agency.

Graphics, Publishing and Media Contacts
Concept, design and development of event graphics, coordination of all printed material with sector consultant. Information dissemination through dedicated Internet site and/or hard copy release.

Mailing list creation and management, database updating, dissemination through newsletters and/or post.

Event administration and book-keeping, constant budget supervision and careful cost analysis against expenditure forecast; optimisation of economic resources.
